FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

If you don’t find the answer to your question here, please reach out to us using the contact form above or contact us at (866) 413-9345.

How do I book a shooting lane?

There are two ways to book a shooting lane. You can do it through our website or through the MindBody app.

If you book it through our website, you will first go to member access in the top right hand corner. From there a drop down selection will appear, select “Shooting Lanes.” This will take you to a calendar where you can select the date, time, and shooting lane of your preference. Then it will prompt you to sign in. Use your email and password to sign in in order to book your lane. If you do not have a password set up, please contact Ellie and she will set it up for you.

Can I bring a friend to my shooting lane?

We would love you to bring your friends and family along with you. In fact, we encourage it! We believe we can help each player achieve their dreams of becoming an advanced basketball player and an impactful leader on and off the court.

Where do I go when I arrive for my free shooting session?

Make sure to show up to your Free Shooting Workout 10 minutes beforehand. Check in at the front desk with the playmaker up front. If no one is at the front desk, head into the gym on your right through the double doors. Look for a trainer in a PGC shirt and they will be able to help you with where you need to be.

Do you only focus on shooting or can you assist with improving other skills as well?

In basketball, teams win games by making the most amount of points. To make points, a player needs to learn how to become an elite shooter. At PGC shooting is a main point that we specialize in. We help players get their shot right and continue adding other components such as how to effectively use fakes to create space, how to read the defense, and how to see the court with a high basketball IQ.

How do your training programs work and what are the prices?

There are a couple different opportunities here at PGC Phoenix.

Shooting Memberships:
With these memberships, players are given exclusive access to our state-of-the-art 10k Shooting Guns. These guns allow each person to get up to 500 shots in a 30-minute session. There are two different shooting membership options.

  • 6 sessions a month for $99
  • Unlimited sessions a month for $149

In addition to shooting lanes, these memberships allow players access to our monthly classes (more info below).

Personal Training:
This opportunity allows the athlete to have the full attention from one of our PGC Certified trainers. Within personal training, your son or daughter will increase their basketball IQ, become a more skilled player, and increase their confidence on the court. There are a couple different packages for personal training. Each session is an hour with our trainers.

  • 1 session for $69
  • 8 sessions for $499

12 sessions for $699

Monthly Classes:

These are 4-week long classes that focus on a specific component of the game.

We have different age groups on different days to ensure the maximum amount of competition at each level. This allows your son or daughter to compete and challenge other athletes their age. Classes go from 7PM-8PM on their given day.

  • Mondays: High School Girls
  • Tuesdays: High School Boys
  • Wednesdays: CoEd Youth

These classes are offered for free to our shooting members and are a total of $69 for non-members. Athletes can be enrolled through our website under member access.

What if I can't afford to pay for the entire package up front?

We understand that these memberships cost a fair amount. Our question for you is, how determined are you to become a better player? Just like in the game of basketball, an athlete will face many trials and challenges that he will be forced to overcome, even ones that seem unconquerable.

With that being said, we hope and encourage you to be resourceful in finding a way to take this journey with us. There are stories of people who have come before you with the same struggle and have found a solution.

If you are struggling to find a way to pay for our training, reach out to our staff and we will try to find a way to support you.

Can I schedule more than one shooting session?

Yes! You can schedule up to 2 sessions a day for a total of an hour on the gun. This will allow time for you to get up to a lot of shots up and also share access with other members too.

What makes PGC different?

Every year, more than 15,000 players and coaches from around the world attend PGC to discover how to think the game, be playmakers, and be leaders on and off the court. And now, for the first time ever, players have the opportunity to train year-round with us at The Phhacility, considered one of the top training facilities in the country.

Whether you’re a youth or high school player, a pro, or a team, PGC has the right trainers and specific programming to help you train at the level of your aspirations. Our membership plans are open to dedicated players of all ages, and shooting lanes and age-specific small group training sessions are available every afternoon and evening, and on weekends too.
